Dog Rate: $150/stay

Cleaning Fee: $275 up to 8 guests

Refundable Damage Deposit: $500- $1000 depending on number of guests.

2 night minimum excluding high season.

3 night minimum during spring break, summer, holiday weekends and Xmas, New Year holidays.
